Fall Leopard

Hey babes! I have a fall post coming at you today! Fall is my favorite season and not only because its my birthday in October or the fact that its also PSL season! (Pumpkin Spice Latte) but because I love leggings and sweaters!! Thats pretty much my everyday wear all year but leopard is my new love this season and the sweater I am wearing is on sale! For less then 30$!! I wasnt able to find the exact color online because I went to the Nordstrom Rack in Orem, Utah to get this one. On another note my heels from Charlotte Russe are also 20% off and super comfortable!!

Kybella - Utah Facial Plastics

Hey babes! Today I wanted to share with you guys something I have been doing to get rid of my double chin! and.. ITS PERMANENT!! Over the course of a few months I have had 3 treatments of Kybella. Kybella is an injectable formulation of deoxycholic acid, a naturally occurring molecule I the body that aids in the breakdown and absorptions of fat. When injected into areas of unwanted fat, Kybella causes the destruction of fat cells.  I got that definition straight from Google :) since I didn't want to butcher and get the wrong info but in a nutshell it pretty much destroys the fat cells where its injected and they never come back!

I'm posting my results that are pretty dramatic but I did want to share the reality of the experience that in my opinion was so worth it.

My first injection was the worst because I got the most swollen and I felt like a bull frog walking around for about 1 week to a week and a half, I could feel it jiggle when i walked lol.

After 4 weeks of waiting I went in for my second treatment and while i didn't get AS swollen as the first the injections itself are kind of uncomfortable because they don't numb before, you just ice it so i recommend icing and numbing that way as much as possible. When your getting the multiple injections it feels like a burning sensation and your chin gets kind of hot.

I waited a little while longer before I went in and got a 3rd injection because after my second one is when i saw the biggest results so I figured I was done so I waited about 2 months until I noticed the tiniest amount of fat still left so i figured might as well just wipe that out as.

My 3rd treatment I didn't get nearly as swollen and I saw the quickest results within a week and a half to 2 weeks! My double chin is like 95% gone and the difference is amazing! I am beyond happy with Utah Facial Plastics and the work they do and how well they took care of me.
