Today I was feeling pastels and this tan was making me feel some type of way so I had to post! I am wearing a blue off the shoulder top that I actually got from TJ Maxx but I will link other similar tops down below and my jean skirt and shoes are from Forever 21 so this outfit is super affordable and just welcomes Spring!
